FORM Physical Therapy

FORM Physical Therapy is a small independently owned boutique practice located in San Francisco’s inner Richmond neighborhood and Corte Madera in Marin. Stacee offers care without the use of aides or excessive modalities. Each visit is approximately 50 minutes and the focus is manual therapy of the affected muscles, joints, and/or nerves coupled with specific exercises to get you back to life and sport.
